69/365

Matthew is home today so the antibiotics can do their thing. We spent the rainy morning watching movies-National Treasure and then he watched Avatar. And he asked me to make him a smoothie. How can I say no to that, when it's got all sorts of healthy stuff in it?

Hope he's on the mend. I love me some smoothies. Yours looks delicious... what do you put in them? :)

He's definitely feeling better, thanks :-)

I use vanilla yogurt, orange juice, frozen mixed fruit and a banana. Sometimes some honey.

Yum! My smoothies always turn out so pink; I'll have to try using the OJ instead and see if that helps. Hope he's feeling better soon.

Yum! What's in your smoothie? I like to make a smoothie and add two big bunches of spinach leaves. Makes it look yucky, but doesn't change the taste. Makes me feel good those days I haven't eaten any veggies.
