Matthew finally had an early baseball game tonight. So we were all able to go and I was able to take some pictures. Sadly, the Rams lost 8-7.

This isn't Matthew. I have a bunch of him to go through but I'm tired and have a head ache. So I'm going to post this for today and head to bed. Plus, I'm not especially happy with any of the shots I got of him tonight. The fence was making focus difficult. I had put the camera away and was watching the last inning when I saw the sunlight falling on Austin. I had to get the camera back out and play with it ;-)

I'm singing this....LOOOVVVEEE this!! Awesome shot Amy!!
I like it Amy. It's hard shooting into the light, but at some point the sun hits a sweet spot and lights up everything it hits with a wonderful glow. Good eye.
Perfect shot! I hope your headache goes quickly - horrible things! Re my bee shot (I always forget too add my settings) I was pretty close (they don't scare me :-D ) but I cropped the shot a little too :-)
Very cool w/the haze and the fence! It's funny b/c I just jotted a note to myself the other day to try to take some pix through a chain link fence. I did it in the fall by accident and wound up w/the coolest effect. I wanted to explore it some more. You read my mind. :)
The flares, backlighting and the action shots definitely made this photo for me. Oh, the fence did not bother me at all. I think it added character to the whole image!
Oh, yes, the light really makes this photo!
This is beautiful Amy! Love it!
I like the action in this shot and that you were able to capture a bit of the moment in such an interesting way. This is exactly the type of picture this project has helped me to embrace.
