Bobbie asked me earlier this week to help her with a new profile picture for facebook. I was more than happy to get to shoot her gorgeous self.
Bobbie and I are from the same smallish town in Northern Michigan. I haven't lived there since I graduated from high school and she is a few years younger than me and went to different schools so we didn't actually know each other until we met down here 3 or so years ago. She has quickly become one of my best friends and I love her and her family to pieces. She is strong, determined, silly, loving....absolutely beautiful inside and out.

Well, I can honestly(or use whatever positive adjectives u want cuz they all apply) say that Ive known Bobbie(or as I love to call her HOLLYWOOD) since the summer of 1989. She was one of the very first people I met upon relocating back to MI just prior to my father/our family retiring from active duty U.S. Army after 20yrs.
She was and always has been one of, if not the most welcoming, heart-warming, lovable(and again, pick ur positive adjective) ppl Ive EVER MET/KNOWN, etc. I have to say, that upon meeting her, I felt like I may have just met the most wonderful person Id ever met. She is welcoming and positive for others to the highest degree, and with all of her talents, intellect, and ability, she is the best person someone could ever have in their lives. Perhaps her only questionable trait is also her greatest strength.....SHE CARES, and tries to do so for everyone she encounters equally. And for someone who loves everyone she meets, love can be the most difficult balancing act of all.
And that, everyone, is her in a nutshell....LOVE. It doesnt get any better than that.

I'm curious now *where* in MI because my family is from MI...Grand Rapids, Rochester Hills, Flint, Saginaw, Oscoda, Alpena, Harrisville, and Michigamme...to name a few. ;)
