234/365 daydreams

016web2
Did you ever sit and daydream as a child? Maybe laying on your back and looking up at the clouds. Or sitting under a tree or by a lake. Daydreaming about what your future might look like. After high school or college. After getting married or having kids. Then you grow up and sometimes, sometimes those daydreams turn into nightmares. A good friend of mine got some devastating news yesterday. And it feels like she is in a nightmare. I hate to see her so sad, hurt and angry. I wish there was some way I could help. Something I could say or do to make it better. But all I can do is listen and offer my love and support. It just doesn't seem like enough.

I love you B. You are in my constant thoughts and prayers. My door is always open. I will do anything I can for you and your babies.

Great shot; love the setting and your contemplative pose. But I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. She is lucky to have someone like you; especially at a time like this when it sounds like she is going to need a true friend.

I know several young mothers having terrible struggles right now. I can really relate to your post. May heaven help them all.

Sorry about your friend. I'm am sure she is glad to have you to lean on... friends like that are hard to find.

As far as the picture... like it! IS this a place you visit often? I have a favorite place...somewhere to be alone in my thoughts.
