Before I mailed my camera off yesterday, I took it out to get a few last shots. We have these trees along the Parkway with delicate little pink flowers on them. I just HAD to stop and take some pictures of them. I got enough to last for the next few weeks of Bokeh Wednesdays :-) Hopefully the camera will be fixed and back within the next couple of weeks. I want to be able to take it to Charleston April 4th for Joe's 10K.
Matthew had his first baseball practice on Thursday. He hasn't played in almost 3 years so he has some work to do to catch up with the rest of the team. He'll do fine though with a little practice. Joe took him today to get a new bat, glove, cleats and pants. He's outgrown all his old ones.
Joshua had a good two weeks at school-until yesterday. He bit a boy at recess. When I talked to him about how he should have responded, he said "Ooohh" like the thought had never occurred to him (To tell the boy he didn't want to play and go play somewhere else). {Sigh} He'll get it eventually, right? The vice principal told me that Joshua had mentioned his ear hurting so I took him the the Dr. yesterday after I picked him up. He has an infection in both ears. There is some good news though-since moving back into his room he's been getting to sleep around 9pm. That's a huge improvement. I guess being in Matthew's room was somewhat distracting to him. You know, with all the toys he's not allowed to play with when Matthew is awake ;-)
