Barbed
Sometimes words that aren't necessarily meant to hurt, can. Well, maybe hurt isn't the right word. More like annoy. Several times recently, something has been said to me that wasn't meant as an insult but still really bothered me. I don't know who reads this and who doesn't so I'm not going to say too much about it. But I will say that Joe and I have worked our behinds off to get where we are right now. There have been many, many times that we have willingly gone without the "extras" so we could get out of debt faster. We're both happy with what we've been able to accomplish.
In other news, I have to send my camera in to get repaired. The auto focus on it has never worked correctly and I really need to get it fixed. Hopefully it'll only take 2 or 3 weeks. I'll probably be going through some serious withdraws by then though ;-) At least I still have my old camera....
I was able to talk to my dad about that email I sent him weeks ago and Joe and I also talked about it last night. Both Joe and dad think that my plan is good so I'll be going forward with that. More details to come after I get my camera back.

I have no idea what was said to hurt you but I know many times I have the same thing happen to me. You have a beautiful home and have worked hard to have that. Don't let anyone get you down... I mean... look where we are. You are an inspiration to many and never forget it. :)

People just don't think before they speak sometimes. I get frustrated and hurt by careless comments like that too. You are so good with this blog! I need to be better about blogging regularly on mine. Thanks for all your comments!

Thanks Kat. I used to have a blog that I kept up for 2 years but I got tired of it and shut it down about 1.5-2 years ago. I'm ready now for another go at it :-) I love yours! It's always great to see your gorgeous photos of Tookie.
