7/52 wild card

It's a wild card week so I had to think for myself ;-) It's been quite a week. Both good and not so good. Joe's mom was here the first half of the week and we loved spending time with her. She was able to make Emaleigh a dress for the musical she is in at school, The Music Man. But on Monday Joshua fainted at school and hit his head on the floor. His doctor wanted him seen at the ER so we spent the afternoon there. All test results were normal, thankfully, and we are thinking one of his medications was to blame. We have taken him off that med and will spend the next week while he is on mid winter break completely med free. His little body needs a break.

So I ended up waiting till almost the last minute to get my photo for the week. Miss Molly has been here a month. She's about 4 months old now. Matthew absolutely loves her and she loves him. It's really cute to see them together. She's a great puppy and definitely a member of the family now.

I'm bummed I cut her paw off but I'm lucky she sat still long enough for me to get this.


And this is the last picture I will take with my 50D. I sold it today and it will be shipped to it's new owner tomorrow. I have one more lens to sell-the 70-200 f4L, anyone want/need one??-and then I can get my new camera :-)
