The kids and I went horseback riding today. None of us have ever really gone before and it was a lot of fun. They all want to go back again.

all of these shots are amazing! my favorite has to be the horse in that great lighting! great job!
I have to wonder if you would have taken your distance shot if it hadn't been for your challenge? It's one of the things I like about challenges is they make us look for things and at things differently than we normally do and thus cause us to get some cool shots like this that we would otherwise normally have missed. Yay for horseback riding. Is your bottom sore tonight?

BB loves to go riding. She's only gone a few times though. LB was never old enough before, but I think she is now. I'd love to take them.
I'm with Kristin. Do you think you would have taken the distance shot if not for the challenge? I had to do an assignment of only wide angle shots and I loved the outcome. Took pix I'd never have taken before.
